A native of Newfoundland and Labrador, DeAnna graduated from NSAC ’97 and Fairview College ’98 with diplomas in Large Animal Technician and Animal Health Technologist. After 10 years of working with some of the best veterinary care teams in the lower Mainland as a full-time and locum RAHT, she changed hats and took on a management role with her favourite team at the Yaletown Pet Hospital. She is proud to be part of a clinic that offers a high standard of veterinary care to all their patients and clients. DeAnna is a member of CAAT- the Canadian Animal Assistance Team- and volunteered her services with the group on a humanitarian project in Belize in 2008. In her spare time, she loves to spend time hiking, diving, sailing and camping with her husband, four kids and their dog, Marley.
